Our 5-Day Comprehensive PMP Training is structured to provide an in-depth understanding of project management principles and practices aligned with the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition. This course includes a full-length simulated PMP exam on the final day to ensure that you are fully prepared for the actual certification exam. The curriculum is designed to cover the twelve principles and eight performance domains outlined by PMI, with a strong focus on practical application and exam readiness.
